  • Research on fair treatment to improve service quality.

  • First of all , a complaint has to be lodged with required information / details (सर्वप्रथम ,आवश्यक जानकारी विवरण सहित गुनासो दर्ता गर्नुपर्छ )
  • Complaint registration information and tracking no. will be received via email (गुनासो दर्ताको जानकारी र ट्र्याकिङ नम्बर ,ईमेल मार्फत प्राप्त गर्न सकिनेछ )
  • The status of the complaint lodged can be known by tracking no.(ट्र्याकिङ नम्बरबाट दर्ता भएको गुनासोको स्थिती थाहा पाउन सकिनेछ)
